🔒 Return & Refund Policy (For Food / Dry Fruits)

1️⃣ Nature of Product

Dry fruits and edible items are natural products.
Slight variation in:

• Size
• Color
• Taste
• Texture

may occur from batch to batch. This does not qualify as a defect.

2️⃣ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product is damaged during transit
• Product is expired

Customer must inform within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos & unboxing video.

Return Timeframe Policy

If a return request is approved:

• The customer must dispatch the product within 48 hours of return approval.
• The tracking details must be shared with us within the same 48-hour period.
• If the product is not dispatched within 48 hours, the return request will be automatically cancelled.

3️⃣ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• Product is opened / used
• Issue is taste preference
• Customer does not like quality
• No proper proof provided
• No return for mood change
  

4️⃣ Return Shipping Charges

If return is approved:

• For damaged/wrong item → We bear return shipping.
• For other approved returns → Customer bears return shipping.

5️⃣ Refund Process

• Refund initiated only after product is received and inspected.
• Product must be returned in original sealed condition.
• Refund processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the products.

6️⃣ COD Orders

Refund for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after verification.

🔒 Shipping & Delivery Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes:

• Forward shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• COD handling charges

Even in case of approved returns, only the product amount will be refunded after inspection. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Delivery
We deliver across all of India.

Order Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after the order is received.

Order are slightly delayed if product is Out of stock .

Shipping
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days (excluding Sundays and government holidays).
Delays may occur if:

• You are unavailable at the delivery location.
• There is a holiday or restriction in your delivery area.

Storage Instructions
To ensure the best taste and a longer shelf life:

• Store in a refrigerator, especially if your area’s temperature exceeds 20°C.
• Keep the product in an airtight container. We are not responsible for spoilage due to environmental conditions.
